Oil Pastel Skyline

This class we learn about Frank Gehry. We saw many different interesting styles of architecture in a variety of different cities. For the creation of the buildings, we cut out construction paper and drew the outline of the 3 buildings in a different pattern. We used colored pastels to make the building glow like a city at night. 

Extension: After talking about the glow of a city, each student will do research on the resources that are used yearly by big cities like Toronto, NY City, Orlando, or Chicago. They will then search for solutions to help the city's most extreme usages and present to the class.
